Welcome to the Eastwood United Methodist Church website!
Caruthersville is a great place to be and Eastwood Memorial is a great church to attend.
Take some time and browse the site. Our goal is to be an "outwardly focused" church, taking the love of Christ beyond the walls of the building. In addition to bringing others to Christ, we want to make a positive difference in our community.
We have a casual service at 8:30 and a traditional service at 10:30. Sunday school is every Sunday at 9:30. We offer a chance to grow in many ways. We have activities throughout the week, small groups, Bible studies, and a loving, caring church family.
Look around the site. If you want to find a place to belong, a place where you can make a difference, an opportunity to impact others,
and a way to influence your community, join us at Eastwood memorial United Methodist Church in Caruthersville, Missouri.
Rev. Jerry Mattson, Pastor
Greetings from the EMUMC Youth! We have had such an awesome experience so far on our spiritual journey. Our first service project was a huge success. We delivered Easter baskets filled with special goodies to all the residents at the Caruthersville Nursing Home. After getting a chance to visit these sweet individuals, we decided we wanted to do more for them. Our next project is to provide a special art hanging for each resident to put in their room just to add a little happy to their surroundings. Currently we are working on our Mother's Day projects (sorry no hints will be given). We would love everyone to help and participate! FUEL will meet on Wednesday April 27 and Wednesday, May 4 to prepare for the upcoming festivities.
Please keep your eyes out for dates for Bible School. We will be in need of volunteers for various activities and look forward to speaking with you regarding this.
